I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointments. If you booked a 2 hour service or longer appointment cancellation must be done 72 hours prior to avoid a fee. ALL DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
